How much does it cost?
For the seller, there is a one-time fee for placing a vehicle in 21-day auctions, and subsequent auctions if the first auction doesn't sell - PLN 300 (three hundred zloty) gross.
For the winning buyer - 1% of the bid price, not less than PLN 2,000, unless the "no commission" option is selected, which means this fee is transferred to the seller (vehicle owner).
How to place bids?
Register at www.vehicle.bid and then complete your profile with your details (you will be asked to do so when placing your first bid). There are several ways to place a bid on www.vehicle.bid:
1. Manually enter the amount you wish to bid in the field directly in the ad. If this amount is higher than the other bids and the auction has not yet ended, the user will become the highest bidder.
2. Use the "Buy Now" buttons, and a portal manager will contact you.
3. Use the automated bidding system. Contact your account manager at contact@vehicle.bid
Bids are always in Polish złoty and converted to euros at the average NBP exchange rate from the previous day. Please bid only, if you are interested in the vehicle and have sufficient funds to purchase it.
How do classified ads work?
www.vehicle.bid offers vehicle listings and allows you to purchase selected vehicles through direct purchase or by placing bids – Auctions within 21 days. When you buy directly or your bid is accepted by the vehicle owner, the system contacts you with the owner and informs you about the offer.
How to sell?
Simply fill out our sales form in the "Sell a Vehicle" tab. Your ad won't be published immediately, as we'll first verify your vehicle, and you won't pay to list it at auction. Fill out your vehicle information (photos, video, and vehicle details) or leave the fields blank and let us contact you to complete the file. Once the file is complete and you pay the 300 PLN gross fee, your ad will be published on www.vehicle.bid for 21 days and/or for further auctions if necessary.
What types of vehicles are accepted on www.vehicle.bid?
www.vehicle.bid is the best way to sell your favorite vehicle, a vehicle that stands out from the crowd due to its type, engine, condition, rarity, or configuration. We have no condition or budget criteria; all interesting vehicles are accepted. In all cases, you can complete the online sales form, and our team will quickly provide you with feedback on your vehicle's eligibility.
Will I be charged if I bid?
No fee will be charged if I place a bid. Your bid is automatically accepted (i.e., your bid is the highest and exceeds the reserve price) or if your bid is accepted by the owner within 2 business days of the auction ending. www.vehicle.bid charges a 1% auction fee, not less than PLN 2,000 on the sale of the vehicle
Is there a reserve price?
The reserve price is indicated in each listing. The reserve price is never announced because it is negotiated by www.vehicle.bid to allow members to buy at the best price. The reserve price is only valid within the auction, so it's a good idea to bid on www.vehicle.bid.
Can I know the reserve price?
The reserve price is not announced because it is negotiated by www.vehicle.bid to allow members to buy at the best price. However, bidders have an indicator that lets them know if the reserve price has been met. This indicator is deactivated on the last day of the auction. The reserve price is only displayed to the last three bidders if it has not been met and after the auction ends.
Can I contact the seller about this listing?
You can post your question in the comments or send it to contact@vehicle.bid, and the www.vehicle.bid portal manager will respond in collaboration with the owner.
Can I see the vehicle?
Most owners accept vehicle inspections. After completing your www.vehicle.bid profile, you can request a vehicle inspection by contacting us at contact@vehicle.bid. You will then be contacted by the owner.
When does the auction end?
The auction ends at the end of the 21-day period, unless otherwise agreed (Buy Now option). However, each new bid placed in the last minute extends the time by one minute to ensure fairness among all bidders.
Can I withdraw my bid?
When you bid, the service offered by www.vehicle.bid begins immediately: the owner receives your bid, you receive notification of your bid, and you prevent others from submitting the same or lower bids. Therefore, it is not possible to withdraw a bid placed on www.vehicle.bid. If you still wish to do so, you will be required to pay the auction fee, which is 10%, including tax, on the withdrawn bid.
Can I win the vehicle even if I am not the highest bidder?
Yes, your bid remains valid for 2 business days after the sale ends. In other words, your bid can be accepted by the owner at any time during this period.
How much does it cost to buy or sell on www.vehicle.bid?
Seller: Placing a vehicle for the 21-day online auction costs PLN 300 gross.
If the owner of the car has selected option "no commision", the buyer is not charged by an auction fee of 1% of the bid and accepted price or the minimum bid. This is an additional incentive for the owner to bid on their vehicle.
Buyer: The auction fee for the vehicle sale is 1% and is added to the final bid and accepted price, unless "no commission" is indicated during the auction. A VAT invoice (margin) is issued for the total amount.

What happens after winning the auction?
When you win the auction (i.e., your bid is accepted by the owner), www.vehicle.bid will issue a VAT invoice with a margin of 7 days plus 1% (unless the owner covers this fee) to the buyer's provided details. You will then receive instructions for vehicle pickup.
How can I pay for the vehicle?
The buyer has 7 days to make a bank transfer to the account indicated on the invoice. The funds are safe until the vehicle is picked up in the owner's presence and the vehicle pickup report is submitted to www.vehicle.bid. The owner will receive the funds within 3 business days.
What happens if the vehicle doesn't match the description?
You can cancel your transaction within 24 hours, and www.vehicle.bid will refund the vehicle price if the vehicle has a major defect that wasn't reported by the owner in the ad.
Important note: While www.vehicle.bid advises sellers, ads are written based on information provided by owners, so www.vehicle.bid cannot guarantee the accuracy of the ads. We encourage bidders to ask questions at contact@vehicle.bid or to view the vehicle before bidding. By bidding, you acknowledge that vehicles may have minor defects that cannot be grounds for a refund. www.vehicle.bid is the seller of the vehicles featured, but the owner remains responsible for the vehicle.
Do I have to sell with a reserve price?
A reserve price is optional. A vehicle sold without a reserve price attracts more attention and is likely to achieve a higher final price. However, we can work with the owner to determine a reasonable reserve price based on vehicle analysis and market observations.
If my vehicle doesn't sell on www.vehicle.bid, can I place it again?
Yes. However, if your vehicle doesn't sell, we'll work with you to negotiate with bidders to find common ground.
What should I do if I'm interested in a car but the auction has ended?
If the auction isn't won, the vehicle remains available for sale for 48 hours. You can buy it directly using the "Buy Now" button or place another bid.
Why am I not receiving emails from www.vehicle.bid?
